The Aitm or the Italian Team Manager association was born. The team managers of many professional football clubs are part of this. The goal is double: to promote the figure of the team manager in the world of the ball, both professional and amateur, and unify the category to act as Institutional and technical interlocutor towards FIGC, Leghe, Clubs and international realities. In short, as happens for example with the AIC (the association of players), the AIAC (coaches) and the Hague (referees), the AITM will also act as an official and unitary body. Finally, the Association aims to enhance a professional figure who became central in the operational management of the teams also through training and updating courses.
