Thanks to a strong initial phase, FC Bayern has reached the quarter-finals of the club World Cup. The opponent there is tough.

After the traditional Brazilian club Flamengo in the round of 16 of the club World Cup (4: 2), a real top team is waiting for FC Bayern in the next round: Champions League winner Paris Saint-Germain will challenge the German record champions.

The teams will meet in Atlanta next Saturday at 6 p.m. in German. It is the first encounter since the league in the Champions League. In November 2024, Bayern won the home game against the later title winner 1-0 after a goal by Min-Jae Kim. Ousmane Dembélé also saw the yellow-red card in the second round.
