Defending champion Mexico and Honduras to semi -finals Gold Cup
Mexico has qualified for the semi -finals at the Gold Cup. The defending champion was 2-0 too strong for Saudi Arabia in the quarterfinals. Alexis Vega opened the score shortly after the break. In the final phase, Abdullah Madu passed his own goalkeeper.
For a place in the final, Mexico will take on Honduras, which won after a final score of 1-1 after penalties (5-4) against Panama.
