Little sister is Niina Mountainwho has directed and written a documentary film Only one of us. It tells about sibling violence. Niina is the victim. The brother is no longer there. In 2013, he committed suicide with his own antidepressants. The brother was 33 when he died.
In his guidance, Niina tells her own story, which includes spiritual, physical and sexual violence. Most of the incident is shown through animations. The end result is still tough to watch. Particularly hard is the scene where the brother escorts Nina’s neighbor’s door. There, Niina lets you play home and get to bed without pants. It is sexual abuse.
– Someone presses me hard on my stomach and it hurts. The tears make a splash on the sheets, Niina recalls in the documentary.
– I’m told that no one should talk about this.

Everything that has happened leaves their mark on Niana, of course. He too becomes violent. One case is multiplied by a short documentary.
– I hear that I have kicked and beaten one girl in the head and face. I wouldn’t have stopped if someone hadn’t missed.
The situation is dismantled as an interrogation and compensation. Niina ends up in the adult psychiatric ward to wait for the place for the young.
– We are very unanimously stated that I’m bad, crazy and mental.
On the first home leave, Niina tries to kill herself. He is placed in another family. It eventually became a salvation of Nina.
– I would have killed myself or someone else before long if nothing had been done.
