Almost two years ago Reveil flushed between Koksijde and De Panne, the animal swam a few hours off the coast and gave little sign of life.
Now the Morphology department of Ghent University has reconstructed the skeleton. Today it was revealed. “It was a puzzle to put everything together, but in the end it worked because of the experience,” says Jurgen Decraene of the department.
