Philippe Mettoux is not the next Minister of State or Prime Minister of Monaco, the small city state on the Mediterranean Sea. He was appointed by Prince Albert II of Monaco at the beginning of June and would start in his new position next week, but announced on Thursday that he will be waiting for this.
