Since VVD leader Dilan Yesilgöz has closed the door for Geert Wilders, there have already been two initiatives from the VVD corner that promise to defeat the PVV and populism. The timing is good, but the advice is bad. If the VVD wants to win seats on 29 October, it must keep these consultants out.
