Rich & Royal strengthens his sales team with three new managers.

The German clothing provider appoints Hannah Rieger in the newly created position of the Sales Director, said Rich & Royal on Tuesday. She is supported by the new Head of Sales Marlena Strutz and by Philina Löhr as Head of Key Account.

The company is repositioning itself and has already presented a new brand strategy at the beginning of the year, which should position Rich & Royal as a more valuable brand. Personnel change should now support this realignment.

Sales leader returns from Drykorn

Rieger returned from the German clothing provider Drykorn, where she was active as Head of Sales Womenswear. At Rich & Royal, she had previously worked for more than eight years, most recently as a senior key account manager. She also worked for brands like S. Oliver and Esprit.

In her new role as sales manager, she takes on this area from Managing Director Patrick Stupp and thus also responsibility for key account, area sales and point-of-sales (POS) management.

Strutz, who is responsible for Area Sales and POS management in Rieger’s team, comes from the Metzingen fashion group Hugo Boss, where she worked as Head of Boss Womenswear. Before that, she held management positions with the clothing providers Seidensticker and Van Laack.

Rieger is also supported by Löhr, who, as the Head of Key Account, takes care of the big trading partners: inside the brand. She will also look after the merchandise management. For this she has more than 13 years of experience in buying and product management. Among other things, she was active for the fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg.

Sales consultant Mario Stölck is jointly responsible for this restructuring at Rich & Royal. The co-owner of the strategy and consulting company Bold & Expert has been supporting management for many years.

“Mario Stölck wears great complicity on our success – we were able to make a huge jump forward with his support,” said Managing Director Patrick Stupp.
