The A59 is closed from nine o’clock on Tuesday evening to five o’clock in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday between the Hooipolder junction and Zonzeel junction in the direction of Breda. Rijkswaterstaat then carries out maintenance work.
Also on the A50, traffic must take road works into account on Tuesday evening. Between nine o’clock Tuesday evening and five o’clock in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, the A50 is closed between the Ekkersrijt junction and the Veghel (11) exit in the direction of Nijmegen.
Necessary every so often
On Monday evening and night, work already took place here on the lanes in the other direction of travel. Here too there is maintenance work.
Maintenance of the road network is needed every so often, says Rijkswaterstaat. The work includes asphalting and cleaning asphalt, replacing joint transitions, mowing work, pruning work and maintenance of the crash barrier. Road users must take extra travel time into account.
