From Monday, June 23, the public prosecutors of the Kortrijk department will stay away from all sessions in the courts, with the exception of the council chamber. The promotion applies to the police court, correctional court, juvenile court, family court and probation committee. The sessions for the council chamber will attend the public prosecutor’s office, just like cases where a judgment is pronounced.
