Almost two weeks before the Chio in Aachen, the German team only took seventh place in team jumping in Rotterdam.

The team led by Olympic champion Christian Kukuk clearly missed the first win of the season at the League of Nations. The Netherlands won the competition off France and Great Britain.

The team of national coach Otto Becker also included Sophie Hinners (Pfungstadt), Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann (Pinneberg) and Jörne Sprehe (Fürth).

At the station in Abu Dhabi, Germany rode third place and in Ocala (USA) in second place. The next stage of the League of Nations is in St. Tropez in September. The final rises in Barcelona a month later.

The next highlight for the German team is the Chio in Aachen. Team jumping at the world’s largest riding tournament on July 3 has not been part of the series of the World Association FEI for many years.
