The Netherlands threatens to de-industrialize, you hear from companies and politics. Is that warning justified?

Traditionally, the Netherlands has a lot of heavy industry. But the sector has a hard time, due to high energy costs and the pressure to limit emissions. Together with economy editor and ‘industrial guru’ Milo van Bokkum, Marike bows over a gigantic brain cracker: does the government have to spend a lot of money to make the large factories in the Netherlands greener? Or will those many billions turn out to be useless, because energy -increasing factories will eventually move to a place where the energy is cheaper? Where are the possibilities for greening and renewal? In other words: what will the Netherlands look like in the future?
