Drowned Amin (2) had previously escaped from playgroup, but measures were left: Justice demands fine

On Wednesday, the Public Prosecution Service demanded a fine of 30,000 euros for the court in Utrecht, of which 25,000 euros conditional, against the Stichting Kinderopvang Huizen, in the criminal case around the drowning of a 2-year-old boy on 3 April 2023. The child drowned in a ditch at the playgroup where he stayed, located in the building of a primary school in Huizen.
