The Düsseldorf Concept Store Jades has completed its move announced in May. After the previous shop on Breite Strasse was closed, it was recently reopened in Königsallee 94.

Jades now uses a little smaller rooms and essentially focuses on women’s fashion. For Evelyn Hammerström, the managing director and founder of Jades, the move is of particular importance: “The Königsallee is more than just a shopping street – it is a statement,” she said in a message. “For us, the new location is a clear sign that we are ready for the next chapter. With the new location, we not only want to break new ground, but also to raise our brand experience to a new level.”

The company justified the excerpt from the earlier premises with the negative effects of the neighboring large construction sites for years on the buying behavior of the customers: inside. As a result, the operational business was “massively stressed”, Hammerström explained in May. Economically, the previous location was “no longer portable under these circumstances”.
A year ago, Jades had closed his menswear store in Heinrich-Heine-Alle. The fashion retailer also justified this decision with the consequences of the construction site situation.
