In a house above a bowling and party center in Assen, a fire broke out this morning after an explosion. At least one person was injured.
According to the police, three people were checked in an ambulance, one of them was then taken to the hospital by ambulance.
A spokesperson for the fire brigade reports that a bang was heard at the house this morning around 8.15 am. After that fire broke out. The fire brigade quickly had this fire under control. There is little to see on the outside of the house of the fire damage. However, windows of the house were killed.
How the fire and the explosion originated is still being investigated. The Groningerstraat has been closed for the time being at the bowling and party center.
