The born Amsterdammer started as a trainer of Young FC Volendam. In the winter of 2024, he was interim trainer of the first team together with Regilio Simons. Since this season he has been an assistant under head coach Rick Kruys and managed to promote FC Volendam to the Eredivisie.
“I have always felt support and trust from the club and the supporters. With the current staff we want to keep the club in the Eredivisie and maybe even surprise,” says Dingsdag on the FC Volendam website.
