The Dutch criminal investigation department has started an investigation into a couple who are missing in France. 83-year-old Paul Klapper and his wife Gerda (80) left for their second home in France last week, but did not arrive there. The couple is signaled internationally. “Normally my mother calls six times a day. Now we hear nothing.”
