They want to make a 20 or 25 -year rental agreement. Otherwise, they will turn to a different alternative. Agreements with hotels bring much better income than corporate companies or parts agreements. If there is a rental income of 2.5 million euros annually, if we agree with a hotel, the figure may increase to 4 million euros. If there is this possibility, why not? This is empty for 2.5 years and our loss is 9-10 million euros. The hotel just wants us to sell it for 25 years. We just want permission for this. The community has no situation that will be uneasy. I have hotels, I gave the same permissions. This is the natural flow. If the General Assembly does not give this permission, we will continue to date and the money will be earned by Besiktas.
