The fryer that Anja (53) and Boudewijn (54) Verscheure opened at the end of 2014 grew to be just about the most financially healthiest and profitable in Flanders. We went for a little one with mayonnaise and asked – with a waiting pint in hand – to the secrets of their success: “It’s simple: nothing for nothing.”
