For the election of the best pastry ice cream ice cream, ice cream parlors throughout the Netherlands were asked to make passion fruit ice cream. A jury of Patissier College bowed over the entries and the roset was again the best in our province.
A lot of love
“We are very happy,” says owner Vince Spijkerman proudly. What is the secret? “Love, a lot of love,” laughs the 26-year-old ice maker Lisa de Haan. “We just do our best every year to put the tastiest, and then it is hoping.”
