Thanks to a triple pack from Nick Woltemade, the German U21 national team successfully started the European Championship in Slovakia. Against Slovenia, the Stuttgart shooting star was the best man on the pitch and scored all three goals on the way to 3-0 (2-0) success.
Already in the first half, Woltemade brought the team of coach Antonio di Salvo to the winning road with a double pack in the 19th and 42nd minute. Shortly before the end, the 1.98 meter tall striker also transformed the penalty to the end of the final point (82nd) before it was replaced for Paul Wanner shortly afterwards.
