Promes was arrested in his own home, just after midnight, the newspaper reports. There he was transferred to a detention center in Dubai. “If the arrest is indeed related to the delivery request of the Netherlands, then Promes will be flown to our country under the supervision of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee,” De Telegraaf said.
