The provincial tax on second -supplies is not contrary to the law, but it must be better substantiated. That is what Flemish Minister of Domestic Board Hilde Crevits (CD&V) says in response to a recent judgment of the Council of State. She is not in favor of a separate tax for day tourists, such as some votes suggest.
