After a short chase, agents arrested a 34-year-old motorist from Oudenbosch on the Groene Woud in his hometown. He was under the influence, had hard and soft drugs with him and his driver’s license was declared invalid.
The man drove far too fast around a quarter to eight in the evening through the center of Oudenbosch. When the police wanted to check him, he ran off at high speed. At times he drove faster than 100 kilometers per hour, while a maximum speed of 50 kilometers applies there.
Found drugs after search car
Eventually the man drove a dead end piece on the green forest and he got out. He threw away a bag in which there was probably hard drugs. After searching his car, agents found bags with hemp and cocaine, and a few hundred euros in cash. He also had two small bags with probably hard drugs in his pocket.
The man refused to cooperate in a blood test that could be demonstrated whether and how many drugs and/or medicines he had used. He spent the night in jail and was interrogated on Monday.
Against him, an official report has been drawn up for possession of hardware and soft drugs, driving under the influence, driving with an invalid driving license and dangerous driving behavior. He also receives fines for ignoring a stop sign, driving against the direction and not indicating direction.
