Carolina, how were the beginnings of the company?
Bewell was born from a personal and professional search: to unite science, well -being and strategy in a space that really helped people transform their lives and projects. After years accompanying change processes and leading strategic projects, I felt that it was time to create something of my own, something that not only solved problems, but also inspired people to discover their best version.
What are the services they provide to the public?
We provide personal development programs, strategic consultancies for entrepreneurs and organizations, self -cut and planning workshops, and comprehensive well -being spaces. Each service is designed to generate a real and conscious change, accompanying our clients in their personal and professional evolution.
How do you project your brand for the future?
I visualize Bewell as a brand recognized for its human and strategic approach. My purpose is to reach more people and companies that seek not only to grow, but to do it consciously, enjoying the way. I want Bewell to be a reliable guide in deep transformation processes.
What are your differentials in the field?
The combination of strategy, science and well -being from a human and innovative approach. I do not work with universal recipes, but I create custom paths, respecting the moment and essence of each client. My differential is to accompany processes that not only achieve visible results, but also strengthen from within.
What was the biggest challenge you transitated?
From a very young age I faced health challenges: asthma, scoliosis and constant pain. At 17, I rejected column surgery and chose to strengthen myself from the inside, with exercise, chiropraxia and a mental transformation.
At present, with 46 years, I train, I do martial arts and live without pain. That experience taught me that the limits can be the beginning of change.
Thus Bewell is born: to accompany others to transform their history and create projects with purpose, from resilience and internal decision.
If you started again, what would you do differently?
I would hear more my intuition from the beginning. Many times fear or external expectations delay decisions that the heart already knows to take. Today I know that when one aligns with its purpose, the path opens in ways that cannot always be planned, but that is always worth it.
