The Amarillo restaurants are brought to the table again as the customer sits down. Customer feedback made the chain return the gesture previously used.

Amarillo, a Mexican restaurant chain, brings back the Fajitas and the Nachos and Salsan, who are sitting on the table.

These delicacies are returned from the request of the customers.

– The customer’s wish was the top reason to bring Nachot back. The decision was made last fall, but the return of the Nachos was scheduled for this same concept reform, S Group’s Tourism and Huotio Business Manager Joni Heinikoski tells Iltalehti.

Heinikoski recalls that the appetizers have been served in Amarillo from the very beginning of the restaurant. The habit was abandoned a couple of years ago.

– Cost -effectiveness was one reason. Of course, we decided to try something new and different. Towards the end of 2023, Nachot was omitted and switched to cheese balls.

Customers longed for Nacho back.

– Yes, there was a surprising amount of feedback and the customers missed them. As a result, they started to return. Even in customers and staff, it aroused more positive than negative thoughts, Heinikoski says.

This is what Amarillo’s dose of Fajitas looks like. Shit

Fajitas, in turn, was left out of Amarillo’s menu about three years ago.

– Their demand began to fade. It was then stated that people may not want to eat them. Usually we vary the menu of the menu according to demand, says Heinikoski.

According to him, people’s interest in different portions goes in cycles.

– But more have been needed over the years. Fajitas is also brought back from the request of the customers.

What is Amarillo’s most popular food?

“Amarillo Big Burger has become the most popular product over the decades and will continue to be on the list,” Heinikoski says.

On the drinking side, Amarillo’s best-selling are Sol beers, ice-frozen Grande beer, cola drinks and strawberry margarita.

– These four products are the ones we are known for.

The restaurant chain says in the release it will return to its original idea as a result of the reform: tribute to a genuine Mexican -style food and hospitality.

Founded in 1988, Amarillo is one of the largest restaurant chains in the S Group and the second oldest after Rosso. There are 21 restaurants all over Finland and one in Tallinn.
