C‘It is a question that has accompanied me for years, silent but persistent: Why do we never really believe in abundance? I don’t only speak of money, even if that’s often the first thought. I speak of the profound trust that life can support us in all aspects of our being: Health, relationships, ideas, time, inspiration.
I still remember when, many years ago, my meditation teacher, Gatha Thera, looked me in the eye and said to me: «The real abundance is not a matter of bank accounts, but of Energy that flows free in every direction of your life». At that moment I didn’t understand completely. But his words have rooted in my heart and have sprouted over the years. To be truly prosperi, he explained to me, we must learn to receive. Not only what we want, but also what we need to grow, expand, heal.
What blocks abundance?
Yet how difficult it is to believe that we are worthy of all this? The inherited fears, the feelings of guilt, the culture of sacrifice … Everything leads us to think that abundance means selfishness or superficiality. In my spiritual research, I too have often felt in the balance between the desire for a full life and the fear of “wanting too much”.
One day, during a lesson with my shamanic and full -integral yoga master, Michael Williams, we dealt with the theme of money. He told me about the vision of Sri Aurobindo, the great Indian philosopher and mystical. Aurobindo wrote that the money originally belongs to the mother – to the creative divine force – and that it should be regained and returned for its sacred purpose: serve the spiritual evolution of humanity.
These words have affected me deeply. Spiritual people often snub money, see it as something low, earthly, impure. While the task of awakened souls is not to give up abundance, But learn to live it with sacredness.
Abundance then becomes a daily practice. A way of walking in the world, of breathing, creating. It is to say “yes” to life, even when he puts us to the test. It is to trust that there is a flow that supports us, if we stop opposing.
“Recognize blocks and fears”
And where are you holding your abundance? Where do you tell you that “it’s not for me”, “I can’t afford it”, “I’m not worthy of it”? The real transformation begins when we start recognizing these blocks and melting them, one by one, like knots in a thread that leads to our essence.
Opening to abundance is not just a spiritual act. It is an act of courage. It is to believe, again and again, that we were born to bloom.
Below, drawing from the practices I teach in the Imaginal Academy, my Life Coaching school to live better, And from my books, I want to show you first a daily method and then a view to open “the door of receiving”.
A method to open up to abundance
I propose a method inspired by Buddhist meditation, inner alchemy and deep psychology:
First phase: conscious observation (Vipassana del Cuore).
Every day, take 10-15 minutes in silence. Bring attention to breath and then to your heart. Ask yourself: where am I living in scarcity? What thought does it close to life? Don’t look for immediate answers. I just listen, welcome, stay.
Second phase: emotional transmutation (inner alchemy).
When emotions of fear emerge, shame or envy linked to abundance, imagine as rough metals to purify. View these emotions as lead which, through breath and awareness, becomes gold. It may seem symbolic, but deep in the psyche this language speaks directly to the unconscious.
Third phase: embodied statements (spiritual psychology).
Every morning or before sleeping, repeat slowly, paying attention to the body:
“They are part of the flow of life.”
“I welcome abundance in all its forms.”
“I honor what I receive and return it to the world with love.”
Fourth phase: aligned action.
Abundance does not manifest itself only by meditating on it: an action is also needed. Ask yourself: what is a small concrete gesture that I can do today to open up to prosperity? It can be given something, ask for help, invest in yourself and yourself, to say a “no” that frees you.
Remember: the first step towards abundance is not “to get more”, but to recognize that you are already in a universe that wants to see you bloom.
Guided display
And here is a guided display for you that you can read, then practice or record and then listen to in a meditative state.
Duration: 15-20 minutes.
Preparation:
Sit, close your eyes and start breathing deeply. Inhale from the nose, exhale from the mouth. Let the body’s tensions go, one at a time. Relax the forehead, the jaw, the shoulders, the belly.
Go into the heart
Bring attention to your heart, as if you breathe from there. View a golden light that pulsates gently in the center of your chest. It is your connection with the mother, the creative energy of the universe, which has always loved and supported you, even when you didn’t notice it.
The garden of abundance
Imagine walking in a sacred place: a lush garden, full of colors, perfumes and life. This is your inner garden. In the center, you will find a majestic tree. It is the tree of abundance. Each of its fruit represents a gift: love, health, inspiration, time, money, nutritious relationships.
Receive the gift
Approached the tree. Ask respect: “What do I need to receive today to return to the flow of life? “
A fruit will fall, or it will be given to you by a bright figure (it can be the mother, a female archetype, or an inner guide). Welcome it with the heart and let its energy enter you.
Breathe deeply while this gift melts in light inside your body.
Return offer
To close the cycle, offer something in return. A smile, a tear, a promise. View that you too become part of that garden, contributing to its beauty.
Return
Slowly, go back to your breath. Move your hands, your feet. Reopen your eyes and take a moment to write or draw what you received.
