In addition to Jonathan Tah, Tom Bischof is the second fixed new addition of Bayern. But so far it was unclear when he was coming. That has apparently been clarified.
After Jonathan Tah, FC Bayern will probably also get Tom Bishop early so that he can be there at the club World Cup. According to information from the “kicker”, Bayern agreed with Bischof’s previous club TSG Hoffenheim to a transfer fee of 300,000 euros.
The midfielder, who debuted against France on Sunday evening at 0-2 of the German national team, would only have switched to Bayern after the end of his contract in Hoffenheim (June 30th) and could only have been added in the co-phase of the club World Cup.
After his debut for the national team, he was praised by national coach Julian Nagelsmann: “He is a super boy, a very, very good character. I hope that he will retain this normal, this Odenwäldian, down -to -earth mentality.”
In the case of Jonathan Tah, Sky had already reported at the weekend that the defender will move to Munich before his contract at Bayer Leverkusen. A transfer of 800,000 euros is therefore due for the central defender. If the German record champions successfully performed at the club World Cup, the sum could increase to over one million euros. Tah would also have changed after June 30th. Bayern’s first game at the club World Cup will take place against Auckland City FC from New Zealand on June 15th. Other opponents in the preliminary round are Benfica Lisbon and the Boca Juniors.
