Alexander Kivimäki, a criminal convicted of the Murder Murder, is the subject of a documentary to be published in the autumn. He has also been loud in the new book.

Alexander Kivimäki (formerly Julius Kivimäki), who has been sentenced to the opponent’s crime, has been a documentary that will be seen on HBO Max in September. Today was also released Ctrl+alt+chaos – on the trail of Julius Kivimäki and other hackers -a book written by BBC’s cyber supplier Joe Tidy.
– I find this extremely immoral, Katleena Kortesuo, a non -fiction writer and communications expert, says to Iltalehti by message.
Kortesuo-the Vastaamo sacrifice himself-points out that this way Kivimäki can tell the audience his own story-possibly even without a filter.
“So, at worst, this is an advertising campaign for criminal skills and a sympathy,” he says.
Kortesuo also wonders if it is right that the victims’ suffering different parties earn money. The document is produced by Aller Studios and directed by Sami Kieksi, who has written the series in collaboration Joni Soila with. The series will be seen in Europe and the United States.

The Crime Victim Emergency Service states by email to Iltalehti that in some cases documents may be of social importance. Then the tone of doing is important to not violate the victims or forget their suffering.
The Vastaamo case has touched a very large number of people. The Crime Victim Emergency Service emphasizes that all publications on the offender must be weighed in what it can cause for people who have been offended. From there, it is also noted that the Vastoro case has been extremely heavy and difficult for a very large number of victims, so the effects of publications can thus be wide.
In practice, it is impossible to prevent such a big case from emerging in the media, but it matters how things are presented, emphasizing the Crime Victim Emergency.
– Many victims probably would like to leave it behind. Many have already experienced the criminal process in themselves complicated and heavy. A spectacular publicity in public can cause reactivation of difficult feelings.
Not for glorification
At worst, such documents can act as an inspiring example of criminal life. From there, it is reminded that documents can certainly be made in many different ways, but the author’s glorification should always be avoided.
– This program cannot be evaluated at this stage because it is not yet available, but we hope that the offender will never be made any hero.
Kivimäki was sentenced to six years and three months’ imprisonment on the eve of 2024.
