In the semi-finals: DFB women expect Kracher duel

After the European Championship in Switzerland, the women’s national team still has a final round: in the Nations League it is initially against France.
A well-known opponent is waiting for the DFB women in the semi-finals of the Nations League: As the draw on Friday in Nyon showed, Germany will initially be against France in the final round of the Nations League. In the second semi-finals, the World Cup in Sweden demands the defending champion from Spain. In contrast to the men with back and forth games, the Final Four takes place and not in one place.
The four group winners of League A had qualified. The DFB women last shone with a 4-0 in Bremen against the Netherlands and a 6-0 in Vienna against Austria. The Final Four is still a long way off for all four teams, as the European Championship in Switzerland is coming up in July.
The semi -finals between Germany and France has a history. Last year, the DFB women in Lyon lost 1-2 in the final round. With a 2-0 victory in the Netherlands, Germany was still on the podium in the game for third place.
The semi -finals are held between October 22nd and 28th; Finale and game for third place will follow on November 28th and December 2.
