It is busy on Friday morning on the access roads towards Schiphol, the ANP reports. Many people have to go to the airport with an alternative transport, because most trains do not run through a strike today.
During the strike only sprinters run between Amsterdam and the airport in both directions. That is why many people come to the airport by bus, taxi or car on Friday morning. A spokesperson informs ANP that it is currently busier than usual at this time.
