Helsinki Seagulls, who is looking for a new owner, will continue in the basketball league next season.

At its meeting on Thursday, the Basketball Association has accepted a new league license for Seagulls, even though a few days ago MTV reported The club is leaving the series.

Purchase crashed

The reigning men’s SM gold club is on sale according to the organization’s own announcement, as the owners Tendon and Sinikka Kulvik are giving up ownership.

The Basketball Holding Company of Lithuania had to buy ten percent of the Helsinki club with a directed share issue, but the shop collapsed, even though in April both BHC and Seagulls convinced Iltalehti and sales would come.

– For the basketball league, all 12 athletically entitled clubs applied for a series. The serial license unit rejected the BC Nokia Association Serial License application, the release states.

Supplement

BC Nokia previously announced that he would leave the basketball league because of its financial difficulties.

The basketball league was supplemented with the first reserve with the Lapua Kobra Basket.
