The quick promotion gave the team the luxury of an early holiday line. “We were done with it early. Five weeks of rest is enough for the body, and everyone was eager to start again,” said Vandenbroeck.
The club realizes that there is still work to be done to be competitive in 1A. “We are not ready for it yet, and we knew that too. We need reinforcement, both in quality and in the width of the core. Behind the scenes it has been done at homework. Now it is important to get the right players,” says the coach.
