Vlaams Belang headpiece Guy D’Haeseleer (56) wants to resume his powers as mayor of Ninove at the end of this month. “The recovery is difficult, but it’s time I can return.” Yet he has still not presented himself for an interrogation in the judicial investigation into election fraud.
