Next Saturday 7 and Sunday, June 8, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. French fairorganized by Luculus – French gastronomic association in Argentina. During the weekend, on the site located at Av. Iraola and Av. Del Libertador, you can enjoy a wide variety of preparations from different locations in France and the unique opportunity to discover the culture of the European nation in Buenos Aires.

On this occasion, the non-profit association born in 2010, Luculus, brings together the professionals of French gastronomy in Argentina and promotes the French Savoir-Faire through didactic events and open to the public. Composed of some 30 professionals based in the country, it has as its main objective to promote a network of Francophone gastronomic professionals and favor the development of French culinary art. The entrance is free and free and, in case of rain, it will be postponed the following week.

The call will be offered, more than 30 stands, a wide variety of typical specialties throughout the Gallic country and other Francophone territories, which will allow attendees to travel the different regions through their most traditional dishes. Boulangeries, restaurants, pastries, chocolate shops, cheeses and specialty coffees will participate, where you can buy products to wear as fungi, and you can also enjoy Macarons, Croissants, Eclairs, seafood -based plates, artisanal cheeses, chacinados and many other delicacies, ideal for family sharing.

You can also participate in French cooking classes, learn from the best chefs in cooking masterclass and enjoy live music with the sounds of the Chanson Française, among other surprises that will propose to visitors the opportunity to know the true French festive spirit. Additionally there will be activities to have fun.

On Saturday at 1:00 p.m., the kitchen masterclass will be in charge of the chef and pastry, Pamela Villarwhich will do and teach to make a dish originally from the Lemosín region: Clafoutis de Pears with almonds and yogurt cream. While on Sunday at the same time, the chef Jérôme Mathe He will invite to know the secrets of the Blanquette de Ternera, a reconforting classic of French cuisine.
