The residential project will be on the site next to the Groene 62, behind the former Rijkswachtkazerne. There will be room for 26 homes: five social homes for three bedrooms and 21 social rental homes with two or three bedrooms.
There are also 61 parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities.
The project will receive a common garden, which will directly connect to the Groene 62 bicycle route.
