– I’ve been to long therapies that I have been able to prepare for this.

I, too, have not been the easiest with my self -esteem and it has been working. Now I can stand here, be proud of myself and stand behind my words, Alén explains his therapy trip.
Alén is raised by his single mother and in childhood she has not bathed in abundance. Among other things, he remembers standing with his mother in a bread queue.
– We have lived really tight when I was a little child.
– There have been situations that did not seem negative at that time, but afterwards I realized that there has been effort, even though the starting points were not the best.
– I am employed and educated and dare to pursue my own dreams despite my background.
She describes her childhood as happy and praises her mother and grandmother. Grandma also joins Alén’s first mission memories.
