My daughter and partner are sailing with our grandchild Sophie (6) on the beautiful Nel.
Sophie can already swim independently and the plan is that she will go into the water on that sunny day.
On closer inspection, the water temperature on the cold side appears and the plan is being changed: my son -in -law goes first.
Thus my daughter says to Sophie: “Just speak dad.” To which Sophie says: “Dad, you have to get in from Mama!”
