Two men threatened staff and guests of the FairPlay Casino on the church in Geldrop with a firearm and a large knife. The robbers were only half a minute and then fled because an employee managed to press the alarm button. The police share images of the robbery in January on Thursday to detect the men.
The men did not take a loot at the robbery on Saturday evening 11 January. Surveillance images show that the robbers enter the casino around a quarter past ten in the evening and move wildly through the playroom.
In the playroom, the men threaten casinogasts and staff with their weapons. An employee is forced by a robber with a knife on the ground. The other man also threatens her up close with a firearm.
Alarm button
At that time, her colleague joins the secure checkout space to activate the robbery alarm. The robbers notice that there is nothing to get and it is probably too hot for them.
They flee outside and step a little further together on a scooter or motor with which they drive away. Which direction they are heading is not clear.
Young perpetrators
The robbers have covered their face. Nevertheless, the police share images of the men on Thursday in the hope that someone recognizes the clothing of the robbers. It is probably two young perpetrators.
A perpetrator was wearing a black rain suit with a reflective band on the belly and the legs. He also wore white shoes. The other robber was dressed in black and wore shoes from the Nike brand, with a white logo. The men had a black with white adidas sports bag and an adidas backpack with them.
