Agreement for new coalition Suriname, party Santokhi excluded from government participation

Six political parties in Suriname want to form the new government. Two days after the elections, their leaders signed a declaration of intent on Tuesday evening, in a packed room in a hotel in Paramaribo. Chairman Jennifer Simons of the National Democratic Party (NDP) has been presented as a future president.
