Like Maurice Krattenmacher, FC Bayern also enables defensive talent Adam Aznou to participate in the club World Cup in the USA. On Tuesday, the record champion announced that the 18-year-old returned from his loan to Real Valladolid in order to be able to approach the Munich-based tournament at least for the games of the tournament in mid-June. It is not necessarily a remaining in the squad for the upcoming Bundesliga season.
“Adam Aznou gained valuable experiences at Real Valladolid and developed very well,” said Bayern sports director Christoph Freund. “His continuous deployment times show that he could assert himself at this high level. We now want to introduce him to our professionals at the club World Cup so that he can take the next steps.”
The Moroccan born in Barcelona is bound by FC Bayern until 2027. A renewed loan not excluded according to the positive results in Spain. The same also applies to the 19-year-old Krattenmacher, who was active for SSV Ulm in the past season and can now also take the experience of Klub World Cup with him.
