The world is unsafe. Financial markets are restless. The NATO summit will start in The Hague in a few weeks. That more money has to go to Defense, everyone has agreed on that. But that is easier said than done. How those extra expenses should be financed is like a dark cloud above the market. Governments are tight at Kas and look hopeful at investors. But investors do not buy bombs and grenades. What they do do is give governments the space to purchase it. Or not.
