Organized by the World Ethnospor Association, the festival, where Anadolu Agency (AA) is a global communication partner, is held at Atatürk Airport.
At the festival, which has intense participation, traditional sports, games, crafts, gastronomy and stage arts meet citizens.
Young people show great interest to the booth of the Zero Waste Foundation
The festival, which has participated in approximately 35 countries, organizes events in many headings such as traditional sports and games, traditional arts, gastronomy and performing arts.
Zero Waste Foundation’s stand, which is located in the festival area, especially young people show great interest.
The workshop at the booth aims to give young people the awareness of transforming waste. Water paint with plant wastes, weaving design with textile wastes, Batik painting with tea plant and fiber production workshops from plant leaves are organized.
In addition, carbon footprint and water consumption calculations of the citizens are carried out through the computer system established and the global zero waste that is supported all over the world can be signed.
The festival will end on Sunday, May 25th.
