She can get around internationally and could soon play for the next top club. Sara Däbritz is said to be moving to Spain.
Sara Däbritz is apparently faced with a change to the Spanish league. As several Spanish media report, the national player is drawn to Real Madrid. The midfielder recently announced her farewell to Olympique Lyon.
The 30-year-old was active for the French top club for three years. Your contract ends this summer – a transfer fee is therefore not incurred. Should the change come about, Däbritz would meet Melanie Leupolz near Real Madrid, who has been playing for the club from the Spanish capital for 2024.
Däbritz belongs to the current squad of national coach Christian Wück for the National League games against the Netherlands and Austria. The encounters will take place on May 30th in Bremen and on June 3 in Vienna.
In her previous career, the German international played for SC Freiburg, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Lyon. In the past season, Real Madrid’s women took second place in the league – behind Master Barça, who is also in the final of the Champions League.
