Shane Hawkins supported the group at past concerts and also at his father’s tribute show at the drums. However, it currently seems as if the 18-year-old could also have other plans. On Instagram he announced that he would look forward to the upcoming appearances with Chevy Metal. He posted a picture with the band’s show dates and wrote that the tour “will be great fun”.
In the comments on the post office, numerous fans still hope that Hawkins could still appear with the Foo Fighters after the Chevy Metal tour. So one user wrote: “Everything I need to know: Last show on August 31st and then it goes straight to the Foo Fighters concert on October 4 !!! becomes epic.” However, there is no official report from Hawkins.

At the moment, the item as a foos drummer seems to be continued. Freese joined the band for her tour 2023 after Taylor Hawkins died in March 2022. In his statement on Instagram, the musician announced that he had not given the group to a reason for the separation, except that they wanted to “take a different direction with their drummer”. He himself explained that he was not angry, but rather shocked and disappointed.
Before that, Freese played with several big bands, such as the Nine Inch Nails and also Guns n ‘Roses.

At the latest by October 4, the Foo Fighters has to clarify, because then the band appears at the Formula 1 Grand Prix from Singapore. They recently announced that they will play three more concerts in Jakarta, Tokyo and Osaka in the same month. In Germany, fans have to be patient in relation to tour dates.
