Pierer Mobility AG: Financing package for the renovation of the KTM secured

• Refurbishment plans of KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH and KTM Research & Development GmbH can be met on time

As already communicates, the creditor of KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH and KTM Research & Development GmbH each approved a renovation plan with a quota of 30 % on February 25, 2025, which must be met by May 23, 2025. The total amount to finance the quotas as part of the three renovation plans amounts to around EUR 600 million.

Pierer Mobility AG and KTM AG have just received financing commitments, subject to the conclusion of the necessary contracts, that ensure that the quotas for fulfilling the redevelopment plans of KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH and KTM Research & Development GmbH can be met on time by May 23, 2025.
