Under Vincent Kompany, Mario Stroeykens celebrated his professional debut for RSC Anderlecht in January 2021 at the age of 16, and the Bundesliga could come back in the coming season. According to a report from Belgium, the 20 -year -old midfielder is on the note of Eintracht Frankfurt.

Stroeykens took the next step this season at Anderlecht and developed into a top performer. In 37 missions, he came across four goals and six templates across competitions and increased its market value from 8 million to 14 million euros. A syndamic tape tear and an ankle injury prevented an even steeper development in the second half of the season, all of his goal participations collected the 1.77 meter -tall right foot until November.
According to “Het Nieuwsblad”, however, this does not detract from the interest of European clubs. In addition to the Eintracht, Olympique Marseille, Olympique Lyon and West Ham United are mentioned as teams that could venture a move this summer. Due to the contract that ended in 2026 in Anderlecht, they speculate on a moderate transfer fee, but the demands of the 34-time master seem high. Around 20 million euros are planned in the event of a sale – only Jérémy Doku (2020 to Stade Rennes) and Youri Tielemans (2017 to the AS Monaco) brought more money in club history.
