The family is the joy of Musetti, his refuge outside tennis: “As soon as he returns from a tournament, he is interested not only with me and Ludovico, but also of his grandchildren, my sister, my parents. He is so. Generous, simple”. When he learned that Veronica was waiting for a child he had no hesitation: “I gave him a very sincere speech. I did not want him to have been joining him, and above all I didn’t want him to become a father without wanting to fully, without being fully aware of it, he was just 21 when I was pregnant. But he surprised me for his maturity. He said he wanted to be with me forever and that one day we would have had the thought of a child. Having a somewhat bigger partner has certainly helped him: “Six years of difference are not very few at this age. But I have never set myself as a teacher, we have always had a very equal relationship. Also because we almost always see it in the same way. This does not mean that I always give him reason. When it is wrong, with the right ways, I tell him”. Ludovico has certainly taken the smile of his dad “but he is also touchy and stubborn …”.
