The insolvent costume manufacturer Gössl has to improve a renovation plan.

According to the Austrian Creditreform Credit Protection Association, the company failed with its renovation plan for Gössl GmbH at the Salzburg Regional Court.

The creditors: Inside, the proposed 20 percent restructuring plan rate rejected on Monday. At the request of Gössl, the upcoming plan will now be presented on May 26 for the vote.

A total of 265 creditors had: inside claims of 8.7 million euros, of which 7.12 million euros were recognized as existing.

In December, renovation procedures without self -administration were requested for two companies: the sales company Gössl Gwand GmbH and Gössl GmbH, which was responsible for product development and production of the clothing collections. In the course of the bankruptcy, Gössl GmbH should be hired and its activities should be located at Gössl Gwand GmbH.

The renovation plan for Gössl Gwand GmbH was approved in March. The traditional costume manufacturer thus took an important hurdle in the course of his bankruptcy proceedings.
