International Games have been determined
Tue., 13.5., 3:30 p.m.: The NFL announced six of the seven international games on Tuesday, including the game in Berlin: the Indianapolis Colts will meet the Atlanta Falcons on November 9th.
The other games in Europe have now also been determined, only the game in Brazil did not want to reveal the NFL yet and refers to Wednesday.
Eagles vs. Packers on Monday Night Football
Tue., 13.5., 1:50 p.m.: On Tuesday, the sports broadcaster “ESPN” spoke up and announced a big highlight game from his Monday night football package. It is the prestiget duel between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers.
The game takes place on November 10th (local time) in Lambeau Field in week 10 and is the revenge for the divisional game of the past season, in which the Eagles had left 22:10 in front of a home backdrop. Previously, both met in week 1 at the NFL premiere in Brazil. The Eagles (34:29) also won back then.
Saturday double header before Christmas
Tue., 13.5., 7:35 a.m.: While Christmas will open 17 of the NFL season week this year, there are also Saturday games a week before. As the national TV partner “Fox Sports” announced on Monday, there will be a Doublehead with two explosive division duels of the NFC.
The exact kickoff times have not yet been mentioned, but it is now known that the Philadelphia Eagles will visit the Washington Commanders on December 20. In addition, there is a duel between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears in the Windy City.
It is currently still unclear whether these games in Germany can be seen outside the NFL Game Pass.
Division duel at Christmas
Tue., 13.5., 7:20 p.m.: Christmas will be a big event for NFL fans again this year. For the first time, three games will take place at Christmas. The NFL and the streaming service “Prime Video” have now announced who will play the late game.
It gets hot, that much is clear, because the Kansas City Chiefs receive the division rival Denver Broncos, with which they had their problems last year. The game takes place at 2:15 a.m. (CET) on the night of December 26th and can be seen in this country at least once in the NFL Game Pass.
It is already known about this who will compete on Black Friday, that is, the day after Thanksgiving. The Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles will receive the young wild ones of the Chicago Bears. The game will take place on November 28 at 9 p.m. (CET).
Season to the Season Opener
Mon., 12.5., 1:43 p.m.: The NFL has announced that the Philadelphia Eagles will start the new season 2025 in the night of September 5 against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Eagles thus compete directly against their arch -rival from their own division.
The game will be shown live at RTL and in the stream on RTL+ in Germany from 2:20 a.m.
The announcement of the game plan of the following NFL season is again a big highlight of the offseason every year. It traditionally takes place a few weeks after the NFL draft, as it is also known where the big names of the college land and the game planmakers know exactly which highlight duels they can plan.
This year the Philadelphia Eagles will open the season as defending champions after defeating the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl Lix in February in New Orleans/Louisiana. The opponent is still open, but will certainly be unveiled in a few days.
From a European and German perspective, it is exciting to see who will play the international games. We already know who the designated home teams will be seven games on international soil for the first time this year.

There are three premieres in Europe: For the first time, a game takes place in the Berlin Olympic Stadium – the Indianapolis are the home team. The season starts on the night of September 5 with the Season Opener, followed by the second game of the NFL in São Paulo with the Los Angeles Chargers on the night of September 6th.
